It is obvious that the architects of the world’s tallest building would have chosen the world’s best projection screens for their building. And that they did! They chose Screen Goo!
The Burj Khalifa building, standing at over 800 meters (2625 feet) and 160 stories tall is currently the world’s tallest building. Bringing Burj Khalifa to life required a combination of visionary ideals and solid science.
Inaugurated in January 2010 the building cost over 5 Billion US Dollars to build! Money was definitely “no object” as far as selecting the best materials for this marvel of engineering. For projection, the architects chose Screen Goo!
Below are some photos of the tunnel which leads from Dubai Mall to the Main Lobby of Burj Khalifa. This part of the system, designed and produced by Kingsmen Design & Production Group, uses 24 projectors and mirrors in between sections to extend the visual effect, showcasing Dubai’s history to visitors walking through the tunnel going to the main tower.
