  • Goo Systems Global Distribution Return Policy:
    • Goods are returned at your cost – this includes Shipping and Customs (if/where applicable).
    •  The restocking fee for returned goods is as follows:
    • <30 days = 15% of the goods’ invoiced value
    • 31-60 days = 25%  of the goods’ invoiced value
    • 60-90 days = 35%  of the goods’ invoiced value
    • >90-<183 days = 50%  of the goods’ invoiced value
    • To return goods please get an RMA from Kevin Nute at (702) 979-4752  or Central Processing at (702) 553-0777 before goods are returned.
    • No goods will be accepted without a valid RMA
    • In order to get credit for returned goods, they must be received at our warehouse in good sellable condition.  Please do not reuse your shipping box, this makes the box weak and unsafe for the goods you are returning.  Write the RMA on the outside of your shipping box and on the original shipping documents that came with the order.
